Saturday, August 22: Pro-Am Unit Game

This is a great opportunity for amateurs¹ to get feedback from an experienced player and for pros² to pay it forward and introduce newer players to open games or more nuanced bidding or card play. It is a very fun event; you’ll meet new people and learn a few tips along the way. You can discuss bidding agreements with your pro or am partner during the potluck, or just mingle and enjoy the company of fellow players.

¹ Amateurs is a relative term – in this game amateurs might have as few as 0 or as many as 500 points. We strive to make suitable matches so an am with 5 masterpoints does not get matched with a 3000+ pro.
